To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫平嘢會同你話冇,然後就只會推介貴嘅嘢食,第一次聽去潮州餐廳話冇鵝片,仲要係晚餐黃金時間七點幾話冇,推介個鵝髀起肉不特止,隔咗10分鐘隔籬枱嗌鵝片無啦啦又有返,為咗呃嗰幾十蚊真係去到好盡!更加唔好講豉椒花甲一碟得八隻收$150 ,墨魚伽鵝髀起肉就差唔多$250,咁唔誠實嘅生意,會做得越嚟越差唔係冇理由!特別認得短頭髮個阿姐,落單時藉口多多,廚房都唔去check吓就乜都同你話冇,然後只會推介餐單上面冇嘅嘢食價錢都冇,大家一定要小心!
