繼上次去完三聖村海天酒家之後,今次又試下嘉彩酒家海天係以兩計,所以手工費貴到肉都尺埋..依間嘉彩酒家係以斤計..咁都似樣d今次買料買左$500(5樣料),工錢都係$500+同樣6個人,叫番個例牌燒鵝..哇..肥到簡唔落手,舊舊都超肥,肥糕多過肉..有比較之下當然係海天好d啦薑蔥炒蟹..好..炒得好,新鮮好味 白灼蝦..一般..咁白灼係無技巧架啦 豉椒炒聖子..上枱都凍左 椒鹽賴尿蝦..唔熟,梅梅地,似食雪蝦清蒸鮑魚..稔咕嚕肉..ok椒絲乳乳通菜...ok可能昔逢青山灣龍舟勝出大排延席同埋酒樓裝修地方所以都無人得閒理你...服務當然無海天咁好啦,連最後送個糖水都係甜到死左..甜還甜, 綠豆還綠豆總括..平係平過海天,但係真係一分錢一分貨..自己白灼都好食過佢明明係新鮮海鮮, 但係唔知點解出到黎似雪藏咁, 一d海鮮味都無哂,又無彈性,火侯唔夠,可能煮好好耐先拎上黎,所以凍哂..簡單一句唔會再幫親..

總括..平係平過海天,但係真係一分錢一分貨..自己白灼都好食過佢
明明係新鮮海鮮, 但係唔知點解出到黎似雪藏咁, 一d海鮮味都無哂,又無彈性,火侯唔夠,可能煮好好耐先拎上黎,所以凍哂..
