To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先寫啲好架啦。刺身係好食嘅，新鮮又甜。鰻魚都好食，厚身又有夠味，不過鹹咗少少。西瓜都甜。完。好食嘅已經寫完。到難食嘅，我唔係所有嘢都叫哂嚟食 ，但我叫過嘅都唔好食。包括一口牛、炸物、羊架、避風塘炒蟹、北海道燒帆立貝、燒牛舌、鹽燒雞軟骨、和牛薄燒、中華海蜇、醃酸薑、鮑魚雞粥又水個雞又黑，仲要係飽魚粒等等等等，唔係凍就韌，總之唔好食。因為岩岩裝修完，環境係幾好，不過啲人就一般般，尤其係好似高級少少嗰啲經理定唔知咩。加上二人同行一人半價先食，總之唔會有下一次..
