To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「招牌生煎包」賣相十分討好,味道正常吧。在香港,很難吃到有水準的生煎包。他的已算是 above average (in Hong Kong)。「雪菜肉絲炒年糕」本人很喜歡吃年糕,不論上湯還是炒年糕,都十分喜愛。所以這個是我必定會點的菜。年糕好煙韌,整體味道不會太鹹,好味。「陳醋餚肉」入口即溶,再配陳醋味道更可口,非常好吃。「排骨麵」正常的炸排骨,正常的麵,配正常的湯底。整體味道正常,沒有驚喜。*餐廳提供BB櫈。
