To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住方便屋企人探完病,近近同老人家食飯做生日,預早3星期訂咗2席,食7點半晚飯,預先落菜單(訂片皮鴨)。當晚去到酒樓同部長對菜單,未查清楚就話無片皮鴨,大半數人未到齊就上片皮鴨,叫侍應放返餸入廚房,之後再出黃金百花球,當時都係大半數未齊人,再次叫侍應放入廚房,未食完又有侍應阿姐成日走埋嚟問要唔要入盒。我好少寫食評,有衝動寫食評嘅,只有一個原因,真係差到一個點。只此一次下不為例,所劣劣劣劣劣劣劣劣劣!
