To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間可以話由細細個經常食到大，雖然見住佢加價，但加到依家都唔算貴，到依家嘅性價比都好高👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻- 炸豬扒米粉 $31豬扒大塊，但比較薄。不過，佢啖啖肉同冇骨架。肉質唔乾唔柴，有汁，加上我個人會加大量胡椒粉，辣辣地幾好食😋😋😋😋米粉份量都好多，就算叫左少米粉，都好似冇少過咁🤣🤣🤣佢啲米粉係較為大條，口感彈牙每次黎都係叫佢嘅豬扒食🤤🤤🤤🤤🙌🏻推- 蠔油生菜🥬 次次都係叫腐乳通菜，但今次冇通菜，所以叫咗蠔油生菜🥬生菜顏色翠綠，口感新鮮爽口。蠔油好鹹，要食啲米粉去中和返😆😆😆
