To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人去食,一到門口成堆遊客,以為好好味,可能又係啲咩社交媒體網站推介,或者附近冇乜好食,全部黎食,排哂隊⋯冷氣凍到不得了,叫左既野唔洗好快就吹凍哂⋯⋯炒麵超級多油,但又唔係好好味。鳳爪又難食到不得了,每碟份量都唔多,每一樣都唔好食⋯⋯人就多,但係感覺唔到呢間野有乜好食,美心集團既點心比佢好食好多!燒賣好普通,馬拉糕好甜好難食⋯⋯完全冇興趣再食第二次,menu既野都好少,可以比客人選擇既野食真心唔夠多。
