To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本諗住入嚟大尾督踩單車，點知去到凍到HIHI，然後大家就放棄踩單車，入到嚟，不如就去呢間餐廳醫肚坐下～先嚟熱辣辣嘅「香茅椰汁鷄湯」，平時我哋食泰菜通常都會叫酸酸辣辣冬蔭功，今次就試下呢個雞湯！飲落好香嘅椰子味，就好似酸辣嘅椰子湯，而且幾足料，可以食埋雞啊～再嚟芭提雅酸芒骨香魚，賣相好靚，仲有雕花架！條魚煮得啱啱好，一塊塊，魚肉好嫰滑！酸酸辣辣再帶一點甜，望下配菜？有蒜粒、腰果、甜芒果同酸芒果等等，好好味！呢個要推介～重點嚟喇！泰式曹池珍寶大頭蝦，好大隻曹池蝦，一雙手拎唔晒！好多膏，配埋薄餅可以撈埋汁加埋碟菜～食嘅過程中，聽到經理話有個廚師啱啱由泰國嚟到開工，跟住我搭嗲問句：「咦？呢度啲廚師係真．泰國人嚟架？」，經理話：「係呀，全部廚師都係泰國飛過嚟架。佢哋平時就係餐廳後面住」原來係真．泰菜！
