To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 你會唔會有時好想食燒肉,但係又唔想燒到周身都係味,又唔想太貴呢? 今日約朋友仔一齊試新野。 有驚喜喎真係估唔到 ,食物賣相好好, 非常之適合影相打卡,女仔嚟講一碗已經好飽。我食嘅係牛肉 ,有少少根,但係味道濃郁, 牛肉下面有大量炒過嘅芽菜, 再下面就係紫菜飯,正! 食飽飽飲茶消滯,滿足的午餐P. S. 朋友食嗰個係豬腩肉, 佢話入口即溶。 我怕肥真係唔敢試豬腩 為食嘅我迫佢比左半隻半熟蛋來試下, 係我鍾意食嘅味道 ,yummy.
