To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽講呢到好高級..就諗去遠D都試下喇...一行7個人...去到..D服務員好奇怪勁同你講唔好意思...已經覺得奇怪之後見到好多人同D 經理投訴....於是我地都去拎野食....去到你係見唔到有野食...只係見到有個壽司吧.....D壽司唔新鮮///....(但已經全場唯一食得既野).之後行左全場你都唔覺有野食...D野食唔集中.....有9個熱食盤..但有5個係咖哩...有3個係炒飯同白飯....一個叫蒸魚(但我六點半已經唔見左條魚)熱食無野食...就去甜品區.........有雪糕(牛奶公司一公升裝)2隻味....其他唔知咩黎..有5樣野...去到沙律區...見到有個客人好驚訝咁問經理...沙律吧無菜既??????只係得沙律汁.......有一碟煙燻沙文魚係食得下.....隔離碟火腿好難食...海鮮區有龍蝦仔既手食...大部分人都係食咖哩飯....因為唯一有既野食同好味D既野食....第2就係壽司....真係好想寫信叫佢回水.........仲要CAR PARK得2個鐘.....仲要比錢CAR PARK....真係食到一肚氣真係差到無野食到唔可以用文字表達到.....最好笑係D職員不

我地話埋單.....個職員問我地((((你地肯埋單呀???)))成家人I晒咀...問解會咁問
之後行多個圈睇下...發現好多遊客投訴到走人.....(我見D遊客仲慘..咩都唔岩食,(已經唔多野食喇)..只係食生果..(西瓜同波羅)....就走喇....D大粒經理出晒黎都無用......
我走果時發現左佢地既海報...咩西班牙之夜....
佢推介的所有美食.....我地都無見過.......
真係信我唔好去...就算有人請你都唔好去....
好老實...我真係好想寫信叫佢回水.......
