疫情嚴峻期間,除咗馬場,馬會幾間會所連續多個月都全面關閉,限聚令放寬後,為刺激經濟及安撫未停過交會費嘅會員,馬會分別送出條款限制不同嘅餐飲券,大食會就襯機組團試試上海菜餐廳「三甲」。跑馬地新會所嘅走廊通道十分寬闊,流線型嘅設計優閒時尚。餐室面積超大,接待處旁嘅大型魚缸及其中一幅山水內牆立體得尤其有氣派!原本八人被安排入座兩張空間感又足又豪華嘅半梳化式四人散座,無奈長輩嫌隔得太開難分野食,結果就轉咗張大圓枱。或許因樓底矮,冇坐滿人都好嘈雜。餐桌上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具。茗茶每位$20。飲品牌共有十五頁。幾隻酒鬼歡樂完兩輪後明顯未夠喉,結果仲開多樽日本清酒。食物方面,節令菜式有一頁「袁師傅冬季美饌」。中英對照嘅厚本餐牌則共有十八頁之多。大孖蘿蔔條($88):蘿蔔條爽脆冇渣,惹味開胃。涼拌馬蘭頭($88):平時啲馬蘭頭都比較難夾,師傅巧妙地以腐皮捲起馬蘭頭,清嫩嘅前菜精美得黎易入口得多。梁溪脆鱔($108):脆鱔真如餸名般酥脆,而且甜而不膩。椒麻萵筍絲($88):帶點麻辣嘅萵筍絲青翠爽潤。蒜泥白肉卷($128):一客只有六件嘅蒜泥白肉卷,砌成金字塔形嘅擺盤橙亮吸睛,可惜用上嘅白肉唔夠肥,食
