新年有口福,吃了兩餐高質新年飯,都是富貴朋友宴客,餐餐都攬住個肚離開,太幸福了!朋友是馬會會員,邀請大家去了山光道馬會的新會所午飯聚餐。新會所我去過好幾次,大部分時間都是來這一間「三甲」。馬會的餐廳其實一向質素都相當不錯,中餐西餐都出色,不過以往會感覺中餐廳的鑊氣不十分足,加上不落味精,跟外邊較濃味的中餐比較當然無咁「好味」,但其實健康兼原味,這樣才是現代的吃法。新會所的三甲,跟以往馬會的其他出品更上一層樓!這裡吃的是「上海菜•四川菜•麵食」,做法很本地,對於大部分顧客來說都容易接受,真材實料,有創意亦細致。至於服務就一定好,說到底,香港賽馬會的出品,真係無得彈。如果要彈,對我來說,只能嘗試在雞蛋裡挑骨頭。

本身對佢抱好大期望

今次食咗:
1. 麻辣龍蝦粉皮
夠辣但辣得唔平均,食落面頭辣啲,底果啲反而無咁辣🧐 食落味道似係落辣粉所以唔平均🤔但龍蝦都新鮮肉質都彈牙,粉皮都好味🤤

2. 蔥油海蜇頭
哩樣就無太大特別,海蜇都爽口,味道中規中矩,不過不失。

3. 砂鍋腌篤鮮
哩個推薦,因為個湯清甜,啲腩肉都整得好入味好淋,仲入面有旬同白菜!

4.龍鬚桂花魚絲
哩個魚都推薦,因為係係街比較少見嘅菜式,而且魚絲無骨,啱小朋友同老人家食😆

5.桂花酒釀鮮果丸子
哩款唔推薦大家嗌,因為真係唔好味,佢嘅鮮果係用罐頭水果而且佢啲丸子整得太淋,啲水果嘅味道搶晒酒釀嘅味道☹️

一行四人,因為主人家知我愛好,所以帶我黎品嚐,好開心食到有水準嘅上海菜。由於肚餓,先叫了蒜泥白肉同合桃花燻蛋。蒜泥白肉比較特別,是肉反卷。合桃花香脆,燻蛋亦ok。填咗肚,有耐性等重點食物:- 生煎包保存住湯汁,襯熱食最正- 松子魚,酸甜度恰到,廚師將魚肉開,炸後成粒狀,方便夾開。依家好少廚師會咁做,值得一讚。之後加了脆炸雞,不是我杯茶,味道還可以。最後出場嘅甜品薈萃都唔錯,4款精緻甜品各2粒,碟上有花作擺盤同寫了餐館名字。

馬會新會所餐廳「三甲」面積寬廣,上海菜式價錢唔平,份量偏少,質素亦頗為參差,敗筆係食物唔夠熱
,跑入位置勉強還可以,但絕非頭馬之選!最奇怪嘅係每次打電話訂位時,接線生好似例牌咁答話訂座已滿,要入候補名單,點知真人直接去排隊卻驚見入座率其實只有五、六成
,長輩估計此乃因人手不足;在場嘅服務生當真忙得團團轉,成晚酒酒都係靠自己添架咋。

一行九人在朋友提議下,再次來到三甲飯聚,因為一個月前訂枱,所以預留富貴鷄和蝦子大烏參。因為上次跟另一位朋友在三甲的飯聚實在太驚嚇,所以今次也膽顫心驚的來吃這頓飯。基本上冷盤、餃子、咸肉菜飯和甜品都可以,最出色的是HKD1300元的一碟蝦子海參,做得最正統,最美味,但這個價錢一點都不便宜。反而那預訂的富貴鷄,真的叫人失望至極。首先鷄味不濃且嚡口,整碟菜味道偏淡,而且完全沒有荷葉香味,同印象中那經典的味道大有差別,另外7折了之後HKD600元的蟹粉河蝦,也沒什麼大驚喜,河蝦份量不多且抄得過火。以9個人午餐HK4800元來說,一點也不相宜,只能簡單說一句中規中矩而已!

三甲之前來過多次,馬會食肆,理應品質好,但今日真的失望至極。由於馬會會員多,要預先兩星期網上訂位才有枱,本來滿心歡喜帶朋友來試吓新會所suppose高質素食肆,可借是敗興而歸。三甲裝修靚,服務週到,服務員態度非常好,已經挽回了不少分數,但始終還是要真實的品評。首先我們2人點了午餐套餐,頭盤淮陽包(每位加HKD36)一貫水準,十分鮮味,侍應也細心告訴要等30分鐘才能出餐,因為是即點即做。主菜方面叫了糟溜魚片,做法正路,不會酒味太濃。我們加了HKD168點了半隻蔥油雞,這道菜式就有點難以接受,侍應也沒有溫馨提示這道主菜是凍盤,所以有點殺個措手不及,感覺上是半只雪櫃取出來的白切鷄,加上蔥油而已。沒有鷄味,也不能用美味來形容。飯食方面,朋友點了芹菜水餃,正宗,但我點的湯年糕簡直是不能入口,湯底倒是濃郁的,但年糕是煮到爛同融,嘗試吃一片入口,便要立刻吐,外面普普通通一間上海菜館,也從沒做過如此失敗的一碗湯年糕。同侍應反影了,立即轉碟新的抄麵給我,不過不失但都是太多油,今曰三甲的食物真的不對胃。之後部長也再次來表示歉意,送了甜點,服務態度是值得加許。在馬會用餐,食物一定要達到某個質量,廚房要時刻q

三甲之前來過多次,馬會食肆,理應品質好,但今日真的失望至極。由於馬會會員多,要預先兩星期網上訂位才有枱,本來滿心歡喜帶朋友來試吓新會所suppose高質素食肆,可借是敗興而歸。三甲裝修靚,服務週到,服務員態度非常好,已經挽回了不少分數,但始終還是要真實的品評。首先我們2人點了午餐套餐,頭盤淮陽包(每位加HKD36)一貫水準,十分鮮味,侍應也細心告訴要等30分鐘才能出餐,因為是即點即做。主菜方面叫了糟溜魚片,做法正路,不會酒味太濃。我們加了HKD168點了半隻蔥油雞,這道菜式就有點難以接受,侍應也沒有溫馨提示這道主菜是凍盤,所以有點殺個措手不及,感覺上是半只雪櫃取出來的白切鷄,加上蔥油而已。沒有鷄味,也不能用美味來形容。飯食方面,朋友點了芹菜水餃,正宗,但我點的湯年糕簡直是不能入口,湯底倒是濃郁的,但年糕是煮到爛同融,嘗試吃一片入口,便要立刻吐,外面普普通通一間上海菜館,也從沒做過如此失敗的一碗湯年糕。同侍應反影了,立即轉碟新的抄麵給我,不過不失但都是太多油,今曰三甲的食物真的不對胃。之後部長也再次來表示歉意,送了甜點,服務態度是值得加許。
在馬會用餐,食物一定要達到某個質量,廚房要時刻quality control。但今次我真的無語😓

兩個星期前試過三甲覺得真的不錯,今晚再約朋友試真啲,原來地方都幾大,上次坐緊門口唔知道裏面還有一個廳。 先點了一些前菜, 水晶爻肉吃得多,水晶羊肉另有風味。 海蜇頭很爽脆。 口水雞的雞肉很嫩滑。 如果喜歡夠趙口這個燈影牛肉實啱你。 又試了兩款點心,小籠包十分之有鮮味。 牛肉餅湯汁亦很豐富,外脆內軟。 這裏的清炒蝦仁我覺得也是必須要吃的,蝦的質感與味道與外面是有分別的。 京燒羊腩是今晚的高潮,大家一致推薦, 腩位一層層的,羊肉與脂肪分佈平均,入口柔軟甘香。 平凡的倉魚 靠這個獨特的醬汁提升味蕾。

Checking the new club house's Chinese restaurant. With a focus on Shanghainese and Sichuanese cuisine, reservations are best made a month in advance even though it's members only.We had my first proper 水煮魚 ($558) and thankfully it wasn't super spicy. We had my first proper 水煮魚 ($558) and thankfully it wasn't super spicy. It was more numbing than anything but that's what I prefer over plain old spicy. The glass noodle bits were so noce, I understand why some would take the soup make home and throw in fresh slices of fish to keep making the dish over and over again.

Another fish dish was the crispy mandarin fish was sweet and sour sauce and pine nuts ($298), an all time favourite of mine. This one can be crunhcier but was pretty good. Not sure if pine nuts are a scarcity now because we only fpund less than 15 nuts in the whole dish!

We also ordered the crispy eel ($108), MA FAVE, baby limb slices with cumin($138), super tender, green onion pancake/cake ($56) and greens. The interior actually looks so much better the further you walk in. The entrance is unfortunately rather unappealing, but I kind the craze. If only booking for four wasn't so hard
