話明係食生煎包,嚟到緊係食生煎包😂 呢間舖頭可以話一夜之間爆紅?突然被瘋狂洗板,搞到好想一試究竟!環境餐牌原來唔止生煎包食!仲有套餐添,但我想淨係食生煎包,所以都選擇散叫。 招牌生煎包 $45/6隻自問對生煎包來歷唔係話太認識,睇店家張貼出來先知生煎包都有分幫派!而呢到係灬渾水派,揚幫做法(開口向下)、未發酵面、皮面灑上黑芝麻,皮薄餡大,真係每一粒都做到爆汁🥹湯汁濃郁,肉嫩多汁,底部煎至脆口增加口感,高質! 蟹黃生煎包 $38/2隻鍾意更濃口味嘅就唔可以錯過蟹黃味,比起原味更加爆汁,而且裏面更有蟹肉,呢個價錢亦都容易接受。
