To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午同媽咪去食中午叫咗兩個午餐 叫咗一個杏鮑菇紅米飯 一個吞拿魚蘑菇汁螺絲粉 等咗一陣嚟咗螺絲粉，但係唔夠熱係暖叫咗侍應用微波爐翻熱 吞拿魚勁腥未食都聞到 螺絲粉係冇味既 之後到我媽咪嗰個等咗15分鐘同我哋講話冇晒紅米文轉白飯可唔可以 咁轉咗白飯落咗枱啲白飯係好爛又難食 幾粒咁轉咗白飯落咗枱啲白飯係好難雞髀菇收78蚊 吞拿魚腥到食唔倒囉 我就食咗1啖就冇食喇 而我媽咪嗰個就食咗四粒杏鮑菇就冇再食啦 兩份餐加埋要$160 雖然好食嘅餐廳比較少，但係咁難食嘅餐廳可以食一啖就唔食嘅暫時都係第一間 我仲將食淨咗冇食過嘅餐影咗張相，不過呢度po 唔到
