To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔老實餐廳：尚御本來打電話叫外賣諗住自己去拎，想食凍馬友，話時價賣$340（有貨），我話咁外賣app有折，折完仲抵，我係外賣app落order啦。一收完線一分鐘內落完order，就打黎同我講賣哂，好心啦做生意做到你咁，外賣app個menu都係你自己set，set完見便幾十蚊就直接唔賣，打黎個女人話自己係餐廳負責人仲要口氣好串好差。呢間野以前都幫襯過，印象同埋睇openrice 服務評價都係麻麻，野食係好食但係都唔平，仲要咁樣做生意法
