To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 七月三十日(星期四)終於到了星期四...我個人覺得星期二,三是最難捱的....今日終於到了星期四...手頭上的工作都略見起色了,可以鬆一口氣吧!但都要趕呀趕呀!!!!把餘下的盡快完成了吧!今晚老公要開工,所以遲了些才可以事晚餐,但不覺得肚餓呢!!!就即管試試西餐唔落味精!上次中餐給我們有好印象呢!!!老公點了那個辣煎雞長通粉,不錯呢!!個汁令我開胃,而且配合起長通粉,令整個菜色生色不少!......雖然等得耐了點(等了15分鐘)呢!.....而我試過少少雞肉,也弄得不錯,有雞味!我點了蕃茄龍脷意粉,很快就有!因為預先整好呢!..........意粉是幼身的,不過硬和乾了點!(秈下去時)再拿起义放進口時.........嘩!第一個感覺....很油!!!意粉都可以整得那麼油呢!!......唔落味精....落油!?蕃茄龍脷幸好與意粉是分開的....有一整個蕃茄,可是我們都不吃蕃茄呢!!!龍脷還可以,不是特別!加了油菜,都很油!莫非唔落味道真係冇味,要落多點油去混淆味覺?????!!!!!!
