To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日坐車經過, 記得有一次阿爸同的士佬講起太子一間出名的燒臘店, 雖然的士佬說已經大不如前. 但都不阻我去試試佢.7點多入到去, 外賣的人頗多, 燒味已賣得 7788. 沒有叉燒, 改了燒排骨乳豬飯. 兩位師父都手不停, 瘋狂斬斬斬. 但不知是否水尾, 燒味感覺普通. 而且樓面阿姐是否入錯單, 乳豬飯乎???, 食落似燒肉多D, 不過好嫩口. 當日的士司機的話沒錯, 這裡的燒味已經大不如前, 門口仲掛著成龍在此訂乳豬......自我宣傳而已. 好味的燒味? 至少, 我不覺得.
