To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇食素食啦，依家既素食餐廳真係愈來愈多，今日去左入素下午茶，真係好有驚喜，如果唔講真係冇人知道係素食，無論係味道定係口感都好出色沙嗲牛肉漢堡係純素，沙嗲汁好惹味，牛肉好有真肉嘅口感，而且顏色都好似，無論係賣相定係味道都好似真嘅肉，沙嗲牛肉嘅份量都好足，配合埋生菜蕃茄，加埋純素既麵包，真係非常正，純素嘅麵包同普通麵包口感真係冇乜分別，旁邊仲有沙律、薯條及蕃薯條，再配埋個白桃綠茶好香好喝見到隔籬枱嘅海南雞飯都好吸引，雞皮同雞肉都好分明，期待下次過嚟試
