話說今日約咗個客喺銅鑼灣見面,不過早到關係又廢事熱辣辣喺條街度,所以經過集成中心,見到間元氣無咩人而自己又未食晏晝,所以諗住食少少嘢打定個底先,因為我比較少食生嘢,所以日本刺身、壽司都唔係成日食,但係冇問題嘅,元氣壽司應該大把啱我食嘅嘢,快、快、快,一位埋嚟坐啦~~~ 仲記得以前食迴轉壽司都仲未咁先進有架子彈火車飛出飛入,今次一個古代人就即管體驗下啦,電腦落單時,見到非常多款式及種類,但礙於我好多都唔食,所以最後都叫得幾款小食頂下個肚:炸蝦天婦羅、燒珍寶蟹柳、蔥香珍寶帆立貝、明太子雞翼、巨峰梳打。落單完成後等咗大約十幾分鐘,終於所有食品陸續上枱喇~~~ 首先試咗個蔥油珍寶帆立貝先,雖然叫珍寶不過其實同普通嗰啲都差唔多大,味道方面都好新鮮,而且加埋香蔥食都鮮甜。之後到珍寶蟹柳,話佢珍寶蟹柳倒不如話嚿飯好細,蟹柳上面有芝士,其實... 味道真係唔係夾,不過蟹柳都算新鮮嘅。跟住到炸蝦天婦羅同明太子雞翼,炸蝦天婦羅都係我鍾意嘅小食,但見到佢呢個嘅賣相就知道粉漿非常厚,而且入面甜蝦細細隻,味道就不過不失;明太子雞翼即叫即炸,入口時燙口,雞翼飽滿但比較乾身,入面充滿明太子,有少許辣味都好惹味。最後
