閩南菜係香港都係第一次食,非常正宗,家鄉嘅地道風味。⭐️牛頭獅(2人份)⭐️呢道係閩南著名程式,即牛雜火鍋,湯底非常濃郁,裏面滿滿嘅一鍋牛肉,牛板筋,牛丸,牛肚,牛柏葉,油豆腐,鹹魚乾,以多個部位的牛肉與其他配料熬整,湯底充滿香味及牛味,配料軟稔度剛剛好👍👍⭐️糖醋排骨⭐️口味香脆酸甜,排骨充滿着蒜蓉嘅香氣,用上鎮江香醋,外層脆口,肉質細膩帶韌性,骨件較少,啖啖肉,正😋蠔仔餅蕃薯粉,蒜仔,蠔仔,粉漿的比例剛好,煎起嘅蠔仔餅不鬆散,外皮有少少香脆,煎至金黃,蠔仔、~啖啖蠔仔肉襯托~~~家的口味😍⭐️炒米粉⭐️墨魚、魚片絲、蘿蔔絲、椰菜絲、五花籃粒、豬肉粒、蛋碎、冬菇片、香蔥,足料家鄉風味,香港真係冇乜邊度食到嗰種味道,冇得頂👍
