To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都冇嚟太古食飯,原來呢一度開咗一間類似係fusion泰國菜嘅西餐,唔知係咪同ifc嗰間glasshouse係同一間呢。 叫牛扒,都幾大塊,底下仲有啲燒薯仔同埋菇,不過比較oily. 燒春雞比我想像中係多肉嘅,唔係勁細隻勁瘦個種嚟嘅, 所以覺得比較抵食。呢個pizza係menu度個名就好正嘅,係黑松露鹹蛋醬蝦肉pizza, 睇上去都真係有啲黃色嘅帳單完全食唔到鹹蛋味,黑松露亦都唔算係勁香,有啲失望。overall係正正常常,叫做不過不失咁啦~
