To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久違既四人限聚令,今晚黎到旺角呢間主打北京菜既北京樓,裝修用左新款酒樓模式。一入到去,人唔算多,但都有捧場客,呢間好多人話菜式新穎,而且菜款正宗,試一試便知龍與鳳。我地四人叫左個片皮鴨餐,黎到呢度唔食片皮鴨就等於食公仔面唔落麻油咁,無左個精粹。片皮鴨係切完先上,有別於其他酒樓係你面前片比你,又或者可能衛生關係。佢地既薄餅係新鮮熱辣既,夾住黎食好夠鬆軟,而且佢地既鴨油唔算多,唔會滴到周圍都係,但係配料比較少,要叫人再加先得,整體個片皮鴨係幾好既。個餐有個醉雞,食落夠香味,都好重酒味,好正宗既一碟醉雞。之後有個咕嚕蝦球,比較特別既一個菜式,好味既,粉唔厚,又炒得夠脆皮。再黎有個班塊,應該係人頭計既,四人有四塊,三人有三塊咁,條魚都新鮮,唔係外面啲行貨班塊。跟住有個炒菜苗,菜新鮮,食落有甘味。重點係個鎮江骨,好入味,個汁一流,送飯係絕配。最後既糖水比較差,得個死甜,無哂應有既香味。整體來講係唔錯嘅質素。可能最近疫情,所以推啲套餐價錢都平民好多。
