Restaurant: Gyu-Kaku (Festival Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次嚟食牛角嘅午餐,揀咗82蚊嘅套餐嚟。 分量就有以下咁多。食材都幾新鮮, 但分量嚟講算少,未必夠飽。 影漏左沙律,細細一碗,但奇怪是在燒肉期間才奉上。因為見飯枱上面無提供油,所以 我都係直接將肉放上去燒,但就會形成好痴個網。火力夠強,唔使兩三分鐘就熟。 豬頸肉食落去都好爽,燒落去亦唔會太油膩。牛肋肉就冇想像中咁嫩口,牛肉味亦唔突出。燒肉汁方面,味道偏淡,所以都唔會搶咗食材嘅味道。大約兩點嚟食,輪候時間十分鐘內,而且價錢在此區不算貴,值得再嚟。
