To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新開的過江龍居酒屋似乎係uoharu 嘅姊妹店環境舒適食物同服務唔錯價錢合理我都幾滿意尤其是喺尖沙咀好多都係伏或流起碼今次感覺係正宗同正路我哋叫咗：和牛三文治鯖魚薯仔沙律火炙吞拿魚蓉白紙刺身鮟鱇魚乾雜錦壽司甜品：mochi 雪糕麵包基本上樣樣嘢都幾好食，大致正常發揮價錢真係唔貴七點前仲有happy hour$40一杯嘢飲左右清酒100ml $40都幾抵有幾款魚治嘅招牌菜佢都有例如和牛三文治同埋吞拿魚蓉我自己都幾鍾意尤其是個三文治總括嚟講係一間唔錯嘅居酒屋如果要喺九龍區或尖沙嘴區食日本嘢，我都會再考慮呢度Rating : 8/10 Around $500pp
