To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太古城午市嘅餐廳全就全部都要排隊㗎喇,Glasshous算係少人排,大約10分鐘左右就可以入座。佢地門面好靚,入到去都算唔錯。餐牌大上列嘅價錢亦都係同其他餐廳差唔多。不過服務就差咗少少,落咗單之後等咗差唔多十五分鐘先上到菜,但係坐低就同你講九十分鐘用膳時間。咁無可厚非佢都係想喺午市時間做多幾轉。佢嘅食物質素其實幾好,不過俾佢上菜時間影響咗唔少。叫咗碟意粉,好有泰式嘅味道,不過細份咗少少。餐飲叫咗凍奶茶,超級難飲。
