Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運以前成日食,但第一次黎奧運呢間,估唔到星期五7:30黎都要排隊,不過我見佢係有位,只係未得閒執枱,所以等左10分鐘已經入得。我覺得呢間既質素比九龍站同將軍澳個間都好,食物比較新鮮,但衛生就麻麻地,好似求求其其抹枱,又唔知係邊到攞碗碟俾你,最後兩個人叫左6樣野,計埋茶錢$140左右,食到好飽,都算抵食。
