To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年同老媽子又去茶樓食飯,因為老媽子實在太鍾意去茶樓食飲早茶或者食lunch,咁難得放假當然要陪老媽子去茶樓飲茶啦🤣🤣🤣🤣咁就分別叫咗:燒賣:虾肉質鮮嫩,燒賣大粒,可惜送到過嚟,有一隻蝦跌咗喺個籠度🤣🤣🤣影相就有啲醜🤣🤣🤣不過味道唔差之後就叫咗個蔥花炸兩腸,油炸鬼嘅脆配搭腸粉皮嘅淋,真係好鬼正,再配搭埋蔥花同埋芝麻醬甜醬,簡直係冇得彈七味豆腐:脆卜卜,外脆內軟,表皮嘅辣辣地,加埋豆腐嘅嫩滑,鬆軟可口、入口即化、齒頰留香賀年年糕:甜甜地唔錯咁仲叫咗魷魚鬚,鴛鴦炒飯都唔差仲可以手機落單
