To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到呢間熊拉麵，真係要置身其中先知有幾得！湯底嚟講，啖啖濃郁，飲落去好順喉，完全唔會膩口，真係滿足到成個味蕾🤤！而家講吓拉麵，中幼條條麵身彈牙得嚟，每條都分明，好有嚼頭，一啖咬落，麵香四溢。嗱，熊拉麵個招牌肥叉燒，實言相告，真係肥美又多汁，火炙過嘅邊緣微微的焦香味，食落去簡直係嘆為觀止！呢個溏心蛋，真係熱門擋唔住，蛋黃流心得啱啱好，咸香得嚟又唔舂喧賓奪主。哎呀，實話跟大家講，呢個是但揀㗎嘅素菜，竟然都可以爽口到不得了，脆口嘅木耳同爽滑嘅筍尖，涼拌得啱啱好，成盤都係清新味道。試過喇，下次真係要搞個拉麵團，再帶多啲朋友嚟飽餐一頓，唔使搵得咁辛苦，因為呢間熊拉麵，係一個可以喺味道上打個滿分嘅好地方，肚仔餓嘅時候憶起就會心癢癢，走過路過唔好錯過啊！
