To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【食車仔麵唔叫嘢飲畀人串的慘痛經驗】其實一直都好鐘意食由元朗開到出銅鑼灣同尖咀的車仔麵，算係常客，不過上星期去銅鑼灣分店就遇到不愉快事件。【地點】收銀處【人物】我、收銀(女)、收銀(男)我 ：唔該3餸麵：米粉、魚皮餃、芝士腸、魚蛋、微辣。收銀(女)：要唔要嘢飲？我 ：唔駛啦唔該。收銀(女)：(幾大聲吓同 收銀(男)講) 咁都唔飲嘢收銀(男)：係啦咁都唔飲我 ：(心裡一邊思考緊講咩嘢呀，一邊攞錢..然後畀錢)...唔該收銀(女)：(仲要補多句) 唉...我把聲沙晒講嘢人哋聽唔清楚...乜而家唔叫嘢飲唔得...咁你寫明呀嘛...！我見到現場其實有一半人都冇叫嘢飲，係咪每個人都畀呢2個收銀「洗禮」完先入嚟食到個麵？
