武館聽就聽左好耐,今日終於搵到人陪我食!餐廳標磅唔會翻枱同埋有二十幾道菜,得一個餐千五蚊一位,價錢同出面平均差不多,但菜式比一般廚師發辦多。今餐飯既感覺真係好似食緊法國菜咁,食極都食唔完,但好好味所以食極都仲食得落!事頭婆推薦當造既北海道香箱蟹,話今年特別靚好多膏,所以另外訂左一隻。膏真係好多好甜好軟,滿口蟹膏同蟹子真係好幸福😋😋😋另一個值得推薦就係富貴杯,有筋子,蔥拖羅,馬冀海膽同海葡萄,一向都唔食三文魚子既我知道筋子係新鮮版三文魚子先食,可能因為用酒調理過,果然冇出面食個種腥味,讚!高級魚喜知次亦係另一高潮位,之前只係係北海道食過一夜乾原條燒,已一試難忘,今次食火炙壽司,加埋個魚肝,估唔到呢個調理手法可以將條魚提升到超美味既層次!
