趁今日一人前,諗起好耐冇食燒鵝,便來到湾仔甘牌,以為會因為疫情冇咩人唔駛排隊,係就係大把位,打開餐牌找不到想叫的碟頭飯,一問之下原來晚市唔做,我只好点了個上脏及一碟鵝肝...鵝香依然十足,皮脆! 但鵝肉相比並沒有以往咁肉嫩,差左! 我点的鵝肝上到來竟然變了鵝乾! 乾爭爭咁過熟了! 完全唔嫩滑!咁嘅質素收咁嘅價錢,環境只是燒味店般,而個女經理仲全程係咁大大聲聊天嘈死了! 實在不值米芝蓮,應該要搣星! 😠😠😠
