事隔多月~再度拜訪「鮨無双」🥰水準依然💛💛師傅超級好傾,食材依然新鮮🤤可以平價地解一解去日本嘅心癮🤣-都係無限任fill唔嬲嘅:牛蒡、面豉蒜頭、薑片👍🏻-前菜:三文魚籽茶碗蒸🐟甜味十足嘅三文魚籽配上熱辣辣嘅滑蛋!-數之不盡嘅刺身同壽司,都一如既往嘅新鮮🥰鯖魚係有驚喜!本身我好驚有好濃烈嘅魚腥味🥹但不單止冇腥味,入口嘅係新鮮!!令我對鯖魚改觀🤤👍🏻-銀鱈魚係世一🤭魚嘅鮮甜味係好濃郁-海膽更加係極品!超級勁甜!好似岩岩新鮮開出黎咁🤤🤤真係落重本買品質!-熱食嘅鮟鱇魚肝,係師傅自家製🥰👍🏻入口即溶,口感一流!因為出面現成嘅係好硬身,但因為自家製嘅原因,呢個口感係好軟熟🤤-最愛用燒左口魚三文魚籽飯作結🥹燒完嘅左口魚油俾啲飯吸哂,啖啖都係魚油香😍😍-甜品今次叫左焙茶雪糕🍦茶味好濃,甜度岩岩好,有啲茶澀味平衡番👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
