To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

問題多多 一個愛心職員搭救

今次去香港黃金海岸酒店🏨staycation，$7xx海景房🌅，有露台、浴缸🛁，包埋$400 dining credit，所以就叫好少少嘅中式炒嘢，價值$238嘅上湯蝦球煎米粉🍤🍝。碟炒嘢係超越期望嘅好食，但落單嘅過程真係好艱辛，諗住打電話📞☎️落單轉頭拎啦，點知第一次打電話唔通，第二次冇人聽。都算啦，落樓去到餐廳門口叫外賣，個職員入唔倒單，好似係間房未用倒啲dining credit，個職員想打比前台同事問下情況，但都冇人聽，所以佢都親自行去搵同事解決問題嘅。到外賣有得拎時，職員放低咗，交比部長包裝，但個部長處理電話嘅客又搞咗好耐。。。所以成個過程真係好麻煩又好耐🌚好彩蝶炒嘢又夠熱，炒米粉有6大磚，而且好香脆，有幾條大菜心，汁係獨立比，好大碗，多到我都唔敢落哂，而蝦球有6大個，接近炒米粉磚咁大嚿，有少少打起蝦膠咁，幾過癮嘅～

好彩蝶炒嘢又夠熱，炒米粉有6大磚，而且好香脆，有幾條大菜心，汁係獨立比，好大碗，多到我都唔敢落哂，而蝦球有6大個，接近炒米粉磚咁大嚿，有少少打起蝦膠咁，幾過癮嘅～
