大埔晚餐選擇好多,但係呢晚想食啖啖肉,就俾呢間吸引咗眼球。睇過鋪頭名都知道專食牛扒,而且無論係個名定係裝修都非常日式小店風,有一種去咗日本嘅感覺。呢度嘅餐牌全部都係牛扒,唔同種類嘅牛肉一目了然。牛肉仲會喺櫥窗度show出嚟,揀中咗邊一個部位,店面就會喺你面前磅重同埋問你要乜嘢配料,有蔥油蒜油俾你揀。我同friend就分別叫咗牛後腰同西冷牛柳。西冷牛柳叫咗400GRAM,非常厚切,真係冇花冇假,完全滿足啖啖肉嘅需求!值得一讚嘅係鐵板真係非常夠熱,店員話鐵板會將五成熟燒到七成熟左右。我哋塊牛扒一上碟都係幾紅下嘅,但煎一剪就會熟咗。因為真係香煎,牛扒一啲都唔韌,牛後腰部位會比較有牛味。塊牛扒外層剪得有少少香口,裏面軟熟,真係幾好食。不過西冷牛扒比起牛後腰個牛味就差咁少少。牛扒可以升級做兩款唔同嘅套餐,我哋就加咗麵豉湯同沙律。沙律大大碗出乎意料好食,唔係就咁得幾條菜而係真係成碗都滿晒,同埋好多汁(我個人比較鍾意多汁嘅沙律)。牛扒附送嘅醬汁都幾特別,有啲柚子味,可以去一去牛扒本身嘅油膩,呢個醬汁真係夾得唔錯。總括來講我覺得呢間真係滿足到啖啖肉嘅需求,特別適合一啲想食啲比較好嘅牛扒但係又唔想食太貴

值得一讚嘅係鐵板真係非常夠熱,店員話鐵板會將五成熟燒到七成熟左右。

總括來講我覺得呢間真係滿足到啖啖肉嘅需求,特別適合一啲想食啲比較好嘅牛扒但係又唔想食太貴嘅人,選擇因為呢度係根據你選擇嘅重量同部位去定價錢嘅,平有平食,貴有貴食,同埋都算係快餐。我哋食咗呢兩塊牛柳就分別大概200蚊到。

但係都有樣唔好就係如果咁啱嗰塊肉係多筋嘅話就會嘥咗啲重量。
