To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Cafe上次去K11食過的星加坡菜吾錯,今次來啟德再食過,餐廳延續星加坡大酒店Chatterbox 的傳奇和正宗地道嘅星加坡菜,餐廳位於九龍城啟德協調道2號Airside B1樓,餐廳裝修以藤器木系為主調,環境光猛,座位寬闊,坐得舒適,餐廳主打星加坡菜,服務員招乎客人態度熱誠有禮。熱椰子美祿餐廳九月份期間限定新出飲品,熱飲有香濃嘅椰子味的美祿,味道唔錯。熱檸水熱檸水檸檬好新鮮,香濃嘅檸檬酸酸地,飲落好醒胃。海鮮福建麵粗身的芽籠黑醬油福建麵配料有椰菜絲,韭菜,豬油渣,海蝦,魷魚和香茜等,材料非常豐富,魷魚和海蝦爽口兼彈牙,。海南炸豬扒配香米飯豬扒香米飯配有車厘茄,洋蔥,青瓜和青豆等,廚師將豬扒炸到金黃色,食落鬆化香脆,香米飯入口好軟糯。炸素春卷炸素春卷配有泰式甜辣醬,春卷食落皮脆,餡內素菜新鮮多汁。雙球椰子雪糕薄荷葉作點綴,椰子雪糕入口有香濃椰子味.雪糕食落有椰子絲的口感。
