Restaurant: Chatterbox Café (AIRSIDE)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啟德Airside因為有泊車優惠，成為了我們的開飯熱點。今天老友想食東南亞風味，於是選了在Chatterbox Cafe開餐。餐廳裝修整潔休閑，帶點東南亞的熱帶風情。地方寬敞明亮，令人感覺放鬆，很適合好友們聚腳交談。奉行健康飲食，青菜當然不可或缺。蒜蓉炒生菜，簡單又經典，調味得宜，油份充足易入口，十分優秀的開胃菜。夏日炎炎，這道「傳統甜蝦醬蔬果花生沙律」點得實在合適不過。甜蝦醬混和微微酸甜的生果，超級開胃解暑！新鮮蔬菜水果沙律，令人無法抗拒，瞬間清碟！香炒河粉燴牛肉濃厚的醬汁十分惹味！牛肉切片，軟熟易入口，味道鮮甜，份量亦多！河粉較為碎，不知是否星洲特色做法，口感亦算爽滑，味道不錯。
