To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午來啟業,我原以為這類老人邨中午沒有什麼客人,誰料有大量九龍灣上班族來這裡堂食。我來到了Chicken Factory 就坐,這一家要自己搵位,中午剩下的位就是2個肥佬旁和用雜物小學生附近,而可能肥人們愛吃濃味煎炸物,汗味奇臭,搵位困難唯有開口要求小學生們搬一搬開他們背包讓出座位給我座。店員似外勞,手腳忙過不停但不留意有沒有客人落單,在收銀處站了幾分鐘沒人理會要大聲叫職員才有人下單,我叫了一客台式肉臊炸雞飯,免費配可樂的,出餐的速度非常有內地2-3線城市的悠閒,汽水是自助在雪櫃自取的,這家店談不上有任何服務,但炸雞調味入味,炸得剛好肉不鞋,而肉臊的味非常濃郁,與飯混合非常下飯,才$49連飲品,但個人下次午市光顧應該會外賣帶走。
