To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午來啟業，我原以為這類老人邨中午沒有什麼客人，誰料有大量九龍灣上班族來這裡堂食。我來到了Chicken Factory 就坐，這一家要自己搵位，中午剩下的位就是2個肥佬旁和用雜物小學生附近，而可能肥人們愛吃濃味煎炸物，汗味奇臭，搵位困難唯有開口要求小學生們搬一搬開他們背包讓出座位給我座。店員似外勞，手腳忙過不停但不留意有沒有客人落單，在收銀處站了幾分鐘沒人理會要大聲叫職員才有人下單，我叫了一客台式肉臊炸雞飯，免費配可樂的，出餐的速度非常有內地2-3線城市的悠閒，汽水是自助在雪櫃自取的，這家店談不上有任何服務，但炸雞調味入味，炸得剛好肉不鞋，而肉臊的味非常濃郁，與飯混合非常下飯，才$49連飲品，但個人下次午市光顧應該會外賣帶走。

Seaweed, tofu in chicken soup 🍲 👧🏻🗣️ I was quite disappointed with the quality of chicken, as the restaurant focus on chicken meal🐔 however the portion of chicken in the set is quite small, the rice filled my belly👀 the soup is ordinary🥹 nothing special. The attitude of waitress is quite rude, shout at me to grab my meal 🥲

啓業邨有新食店開張，馬上試試 ...是雞，全部都是雞！中式、西式都有，這天和娘娘點了一隻“原隻烤雞”加“烤雜菜”，還有一瓶豆漿。烤雞一邊開一邊流汁，好juicy，肉也嫩滑，雞肚應該用大量調料醃製，於是汁的味道很濃，不用沾它的那盒調料也可以。不過這些雪藏雞，通病就是雞籠裡的內臟通常都清理不完，但它裡面香料夠重，所以沒什麼異味，還好。加12塊的烤雜菜，撈過孜然粉，不是白烚的，還可以倒在那用來包著雞的紙上，撈一撈滴下來的雞汁，挺惹味的，沒浪費。豆漿，沒啥豆味，合格而已。

啟業新開一間烤雞店，經過試下。好失望。一個餐，得一啖飯，根本食唔飽。問職員點解咁少飯，職員口氣好差咁話唔夠飯可以加錢，$16一碗。大佬！我唔要求你有幾多，一個正常人的飯量，唔止一啖吧？係唔係加佐焗薯就覺得唔使食飯？個職員態度仲要咁差！態度好少少都加佐碗飯了！始終都係要食！有一說一，海南雞係好味嘅！但是烤雞就真係麻麻！啲肉好鞋，口感好差！職員態度咁差，應該無下次！口罩又求其戴，個鼻都遮唔到！黑口黑面趕客！
