To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日往銅鑼灣時代廣場購物，逛完附近嘅超市，又到下午茶時間，天氣炎熱，飲啤酒吃些小食也不錯，這間居酒屋位於耀華街地舖，木製傢俱，面對街道景色。先來杯冰凍嘉士伯啤酒，冰涼潤喉，夠氣嘅啤酒零舍好飲!燒茄子即叫即燒，茄子串燒香而清甜。黑蒜油鑊仔炒飯配炸雞原個油鑊仔上桌，炸雞即炸夠脆身，肉質嫩滑，炒飯中間有窩蛋，飯面鋪滿青葱，賣相吸引，拌匀青葱蒜油蛋黃嘅飯特别美味，入口滑溜。日式炒麵幾夠鑊氣，麵條炒得香口，夾著新鲜椰菜及腩肉片，份外爽脆。日式豬軟骨烏冬日式清湯內烏冬夠腍滑，豬軟骨份量很多，熱辣辣夠風味。
