放工後和同事一起到銅鑼灣 Coedo Taproom happy hour,我們最愛這裡的露天座位,環境旺中帶靜,氣氛輕鬆,而且食物水準也很好。坐下來,先上桌的當然是手工啤酒,同事點了風味清爽的瑠璃,自己點了帶著淡淡花香的毬花,大啖入口實在透心涼,伴著冰凍啤酒的下酒菜是新鮮熱辣的串燒,必吃的雞中翼,燒得香噴噴、皮脆肉嫩。大蔥雞肉, 肉汁豐富的雞肉以小撮柚子胡椒提味,清新醒胃。豬腩肉露荀卷,薄薄的腩肉帶點脂肪,捲著鮮嫩的露荀,鮮爽又香口。明太子白飯魚仔玉米薄餅,餅底脆薄,熱辣軟溶的芝士面,鋪滿雜菌、白飯魚及鹹香的明太子,一口咬下,拉絲延綿的芝士,就是令人停不了口。鰻魚梳乎厘飯,特式地以焗得蓬鬆的梳乎厘造型,蓋著軟綿綿的鰻魚飯,未入口,已傳來濃厚蛋香,面層口感輕盈酥化,內裡熱飯足料足味,鰻魚軟潤甘香,美味又飽肚。紅赤啤酒燜牛脷,小陶瓷鍋裡載滿濃稠湯汁,即時試呷,入口牛味香濃混著一點啤酒的微甘澀,再來一口牛脷,燜得軟腍入味,恰好的咬口感,還有那份量十足的薯泥,吸飽湯汁,口感綿密細緻,實在令人回味無窮之時,我們已決定明天午飯再來尋味,因為餐廳於八月份,會推出 Semi-lunch buffet
