今日行開銅鑼灣去SOGO感謝週，諗起仲有張Häagen-Dazs券未換就走去皇室堡食，經過見到呢間餐廳入面環境幾舒服，就順便食埋晚餐～-好耐無食蟹餅，就叫咗個手工牛油香煎蟹餅（$138）試吓。蟹餅比起其他地方食到嘅偏大個，但蟹肉好足，配埋個酸酸甜甜嘅汁好開胃～不過如果可以再煎得完脆口啲就完美啦😋-西班牙黑毛豬鞍架（$268）一上枱見到已經知好軟腍，職員講原來係用慢煮方法，所以肉質鬆軟，熟度啱啱好，冇諗過豬鞍架可以咁腍，呢個超有驚喜😍-另外香蒜白酒鮮大蜆扁意粉（$168）炒得好香，聞到有酒嘅香味，但食落酒味唔重，而且扁意粉好爽彈，仲加咗少少辣椒，炒意粉辣辣地至惹味🤤大蜆都夠大隻脹卜卜，食落仲有少少海水味，夠哂新鮮👍🏻-呢間餐廳裝修幾靚，雖然係宮廷風，但唔會好老土，而且地方夠大，枱與枱之間有足夠空間，啱哂情侶或者閨蜜嚟傾偈～見佢wine list happy hour大概$68至$88一杯酒，星期五收工過嚟chill下都幾好🥰
