To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

換咗三碟，三碟都係好多黑點兩件都係。最後退曬返去。🙈 以前成日黎食都無事，今日舊舊都係咁，希望廚房整壽司既注意下，唔好求其推啲壽司出黎俾人食。做餐飲業俾返小小水準。反而其他壽司又無乜問題，我重叫咗帆立貝刺食都好新鮮，三文魚刺身都有黑點不過好小，吞拿魚果件切爛咗不過食落ok,灸燒牛油赤魚蝦完全反曬車🙈 唔知係咪關我換咗三碟三文魚既問題。最後都叫咗甜品濃厚生朱古力，幾好食唔錯值得推介，結論：下次再返黎食三文魚重有黑點既話就black list 呢間。
