To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係hku朋友既介紹吓，特登黎西環🤣真係好為食🤦🏻‍♀️不過係值嘅😍不過餐廳比較細，坐就唔會話舒服架啦而坐既時間都唔可以坐得耐，出面排隊既人太多😿 睇餐牌前大家都已經有心水🤣不過再另加一人一個主食👻三個女仔黎講，叫左好多😝因為好肚餓😂講左主食先🐙章魚肉餅飯🍚呢個我就覺得有啲普通（朋友大推我點😂），令我有啲失望🙈個飯都幾細，一個人ko完，都仲會有位食其他野😆另外，唔夠豉油可以叫佢攞比你呀🤣鍾意啲豉油多啲❌⭕️醬炒腸粉呢個仲普通😂仲好油😢都係食點心開心啲🤣🦆鴛鴦燒賣😚無論去到邊間茶樓，都必點燒賣😍鴛鴦燒賣即係有2粒黑松露2粒蟹籽😆燒賣比一般既大粒🤤水準都好唔錯，2款都鍾意😝黑松露比想像濃味😆👍🏼芝麻蝦多士🦐有4大件🦐多士，都幾脆口👅芝麻勁多🤣所以食完都feel到有啲熱氣，蝦膠幾彈牙，唔錯喔，但未算好好好好味咁啦但就唔太鍾意個沙律醬，太杰奶皇流沙西多士🤤呢個係我專登黎既原因😝我地怕凍左會唔好味，所以食到咁上下先點佢😚😚切開之後，啲奶皇bla bla聲流出黎😍雖然成件事好肥，但真係好正好夾好香🤤切做細細舊，每一面都沾滿醬，好滿足😝好推呢個呀👻
