To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實好食嘅海南雞飯香港實在有好多，不過因為我真係好鍾意食海南雞，所以chatterbox要係K11 musea 開，就馬上去試。6pm 左右去到，排左15-20分鐘。係好食嘅，佢應該係用走地雞，皮薄，隻雞瘦但係都算滑，d油飯乾身，唔油膩。至於醬汁其實就無咩特別。不過最令我驚喜就係個喇沙！湯底非常足料，好濃郁，入面有好多打碎左既村料，椰香及花生味平衡得好好。帶子煑得剛剛好，麵都係，有咬口👍🏼👍🏼。我一定會再去食。
