To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日在太古吃飯，餐廳用黃色和白色作為主色，營造有活力的感覺。這裏是自助點餐形式，點餐付款後職員會把食物送上。⭐️招牌大蝦喇沙$118這碗喇沙配料非常豐富，有豆粕、魚蛋、大蝦、雞蛋。湯底入口非常順滑，飲起來都是大蝦的鮮味，口感比較濃稠，味道很正宗，非常讚！面底是米線，米線吸滿了湯汁，最後我成碗連湯都食完。⭐️炸素春卷$38素春卷炸得非常香脆，外面脆卜卜，裏面是素，有紅蘿蔔絲等等，點上醬汁，很惹味。⭐️檸檬薏米水$6薏米水甜度適中，淡淡的檸檬香味，可以中和油膩感。⭐️美祿恐龍$10幾時都話凍美祿係最好飲，美祿上面有朱古力脆脆，童年回憶返晒黎。
