To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店鋪位置不錯,就在官塘東廣場地下,地方就比較小可能是主做外賣。老闆人很不錯很詳細很熱情跟我們兩個介紹新品特色,下午5點多人也不少。由於接近接近晚飯時間,兩人都肚餓叫了兩份一樣的芝士牛肉包,一杯百香果綠茶和凍話梅檸檬。費城芝士牛肉包分量好大,包皮鬆軟,芝士挺多,可以當正餐。話梅檸檬喝起來有一粒粒的果肉口感,老闆特地叫我們要一邊攪動一邊喝口感會特別豐富,果真口感好很多,話梅味很清晰卻完全不是話梅干帶鹹味的印象,寒天條名字好陌生不知道什麼原料,口感比珍珠好很多,有韌性似果肉彈牙。百香果綠茶,因為在減肥讓老闆走糖,口味會偏酸,但突出百香果清香味也是個不錯的嘗試。
