To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友經開旺角邀請我一齊去食川菜 🌶🌶入到餐廳中午時間已經有起碼七成入座率 侍應姐姐好熱心推介菜式俾我哋 推介招牌菜酸菜魚或者烤魚 最後我哋揀咗烤魚🐠🐠重慶麻辣烤魚 我哋叫咗小辣烤魚比我想像中冇咁多骨而且湯底非常夠味 一個唔識食魚嘅朋友都食到津津有味 裏便配料有豆腐卜同埋芽菜金菇菜啲濃湯汁吸入去超級好味😋唔會太過喊 小辣已經好夠味因為一路食個火滾住慢慢變得更加出味🔥🔥🔥另外我哋仲叫酸辣炒土豆絲 炒出嚟土豆比較爽口唔會粉身 我哋都係叫咗小辣已經帶有麻味同埋香辣味 喺屋企真係煮唔到🤭👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻飲品我哋叫咗蜂蜜梳打水 非常清甜解辣一流🍹
