To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約咗以前D舊同事食飯,大家都話食咩都無所謂,於是就邊吹水邊睇下四圍有咩食啦。行到一條街,見到出面排哂隊,過去睇下咩環境,原來就係E間越式餐廳,我地3個相信咁多人排隊,D野食一定有保證,於是就攞飛等位。大概等咗30分鐘,就入得去了,以星期日晚上時間黎講都算快。入到去,地方唔算好大,但衛生環境就絕對OK!睇睇張Menu,價錢上絕對比一般連鎖越式餐廳平,用同樣價錢可以叫多幾樣野食。由於見到人手上唔夠 (見到佢地都勁忙冇停過),所以都要等咗陣先有人幫我地落到單。野食黎到了~~~春卷都好脆下,不過因為啱啱炸起,所以裡面好熱,差D辣到生痱滋,哈哈雞翼都唔錯,值得一試!蝦餅方面,佢裡面都幾彈牙下,同埋佢切開哂,方面我地夾。(出面D餐廳大大塊俾你就算)E碗「蟹膏檬粉」...................個人認為值得試!!!!!!! 起初我以為蟹膏係散開哂落湯底度,原來係成大舊,好有口感,可以大啖咬落去。

檬粉方面都ok,唔會話煮到太過淋,亦都唔會斷哂︴散收收之類。

仲有大大個蕃茄,男士們一定要食呀....................你懂的

沙冰方面我地叫咗牛油果同芒果,又係真材實料,無添加。

絕對唔似得一般餐廳果d藥水、色素同d冰攪埋一杯野就算數。

建議大家可以試試~~

米紙蝦卷又係好好味,再加埋佢提供既醬,撞落去幾特別。

個皮唔算太厚或太簿,裡面又有兩隻蝦,食得出唔係果d雪藏蝦,料夠,唔會散哂。
