To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日約了朋友食飯，5時多，不用等位。較入位置，有個小角海景，店員說未準備好安排了四人坐位，3人用餐寬敞舒適，疫情下每人提供了口罩袋和消毒酒精，食得放心這店是高速線，即點餐後會用列車送到顧客枱號第一碟，點了帆立貝配柑橘汁，酸酸甜甜口味清新，帆立貝鮮又甜蜆麵豉湯，由店員送，相信是熱湯，不能經高速線送達，服務細心筋子是日推介，$12厚切鰻魚，上枱熱辣辣，鰻魚厚切大大件，食左好多碟是日限定等價，海老三點盛，熟蝦爽口，其餘兩款鮮味十足他他白魚天婦羅壽司，外脆魚肉嫩甜蝦蟹膏軍艦，甜蝦鮮甜，蟹膏味濃，好新鮮榮螺，爽脆鮮甜看看熟食明太子雞翼，雞翼肉嫩皮脆，扣分位在內裏的明太子，鬆鬆散散芝士龍蝦濃湯茶碗蛋，蛋嫩滑，找不到龍蝦肉，睇真menu，原來係"龍蝦濃湯"另外還點了多款壽司，不盡錄，所有壽司水準合格，碟碟新鮮最後，叫了日式芝士蛋糕和蜜瓜梳打配雪球，芝士蛋糕又香又濃芝士味蜜瓜梳打配雪球，飲品有哈蜜瓜味，雪糕大大球是次美中不足就是，原來續會優惠75折卷只限星期一至五使用，只用了$50折扣卷。環境、食物，服務，比其他分店優勝。
