今晚去了元朗做完公司野。諗住搵個好耐無見既朋友食飯。她住係元朗。自然熟悉元朗有咩好食。等到她會合之後。她帶我去一間好隱蔽既大排檔。係正大公園側邊。最好就是坐位夠闊。我最愛就係他們開業去到零晨四點。試問而家有邊間食肆開到咁夜招牌即燒炭火燒雞。用大瓦缸高溫碳即場燒。上枱時熱氣騰騰。由上而下的油不斷浸出。外皮更是熱辣辣的脆皮。再食埋入面肉質更是驚為天人!肉質鮮嫩多汁。調味粉量剛好。未致太咸。豉汁盤龍鱔。呢個是廚房入面基本功。除了清理鱔魚乾淨利落之餘。配上豉汁與配料的對比比例剛好。入口嫩滑之餘配上獨有配料。令人有飛龍在天的感覺。介蘭炒龍躉球。介蘭爽脆清甜。絕無起根。而龍躉球更是入口即化。肉質美味。彈口利落。
